Location Charter ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Location Charter application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

• Email Address: To communicate with you regarding your account and for service-related notifications.
• Profile Picture: To display alongside your name in the application interface.

b. Google Business Profile Data

If you are an organization administrator, you can authorize Location Charter to access your Google Business Profile data on your behalf. This authorization uses the business.manage scope.

• Access: We access your Google Business Profile locations and their associated data to provide the core functionality of our Service, which includes location management and performance reporting.
• Refresh Tokens: To maintain persistent access without requiring you to re-authenticate frequently, we securely store the refresh token returned by Google's OAuth 2.0 system. This allows our application to continue managing and retrieving data for your authorized locations on behalf of your organization.

2. How We Use Your Data

Location Charter uses the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service.
• To manage your account, organization, and user access.
• To enable the core features of the application, such as managing Google Business Profile locations and generating reports.
• To communicate with you about service updates, support, and administrative messages.
• To monitor the usage of our Service and improve its functionality.

Location Charter's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Storage and Security

The security of your data is important to us. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Refresh tokens and other sensitive data are stored securely using encryption. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With your consent: We will share your information with third parties when we have your explicit consent to do so.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

If you delete your account with Location Charter, we will delete your Personal Data and associated refresh tokens from our systems.
